FREE DELIVERY ON OUR POPUP MARQUEES WITHIN 5KM
Delivery is available on all items within the metro Melbourne Region.
Weekend event deliveries are usually made Thursday/ Friday & Saturday (8am- 3pm) and pickups made Sunday/Monday (8am- 3pm).
Midweek event deliveries will be arranged with the Customer and Ezy Event Group for a time and day.
If deliveries or pick ups are to be made outside of these times or on public holidays, additional fees may apply.
The Customer accepts the terms and conditions once a booking and deposit is received. Our terms and conditions will be sent with a confirmation invoice. The terms and conditions at any time can be modified to suit the changing business needs and as soon as the changes are posted and visible the amended terms and conditions are affective. The Customer hereby unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions and acknowledges that the acceptance is a conditional procedure that is fully understood and confirmed by the Customer once possession of the item is taken from Ezy Event Group.
A quotation will be sent via email and is valid for 7 days from the date issued.
No stock will be held against a quote until a deposit is made.
The prices are current at the time of the quotation but may be subject to change at management discretion to meet rising costs. Upon receipt of written confirmation and non-refundable deposit, prices will be fixed within the limitations of the business.
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of invoice issued to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to your event date or date of delivery.
Beyond this date the hire item will no longer be reserved
Upon payment of the deposit the Customer will have been deemed to have accepted the term & conditions of hire
All bookings require a bond deposit and will depend on the booking.
Any damages or loss of item will be charged at the current replacement value and will be deducted from your bond. Exceeding the cost of the bond, you will be billed for the outstanding amount.
This amount is due within 30 days from when the invoice was issued.
Your bond will be paid back via bank deposit after the hire and inspections are completed.
Any bond deposit will be unclaimable after 4 weeks.
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking
Payments can be made via bank transfer or CASH upon delivery
7 days prior to your date of booking the total outstanding balance is due

Cancellations made prior to 7 Days of the date of booking. Customers will be charged the 35% non- refundable deposit
Cancellations made within 7 Days of the date of booking. 45% of the total order cost is non- refundable
Cancellations made 48 hrs prior to date of booking 100% of the total order cost is non- refundable
If the Customer is forced to cancel due to Government restrictions, Then 20% of the total order cost will be non-refundable.
Ezy Event Group has the right to cancel any marquee bookings. If extreme weather or wind conditions above 50 km is predicted by BOM warnings, prior to the day or on the day of the event. Ezy Event Group will be in contact with the Customer and only 10% of the total order cost will be non-refundable.
All streamers, decorations or taping used on our marquee, can be used but shall be removed and cleared prior to time of pack up.
No pins or glue are to be used for decoration.
No Smoking is permitted underneath the marquee at any given time.
In windy conditions. sidewalls and poles may be shifted back and forth; poles may leave scratches or damage floor surfaces during the time it is being set up, or while the Marquee is erected, or during Pack up. Ezy Event Group are not liable for such damages on floor surfaces.
While the hire equipment is in the Customers care it remains the sole responsibility of the Customer . If the hire equipment is installed in a public space, security is required overnight
Damage or loss
The Customer must pay for the damage or loss of any hire equipment under the following circumstances:
The Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits and insurances required. Ezy Event Group will not be held responsible for their Customer failure to adhere to council regulations and insurances.
Whilst all care is taken no responsibility will be assumed for any injuries resulting from our products.
By accepting any quotes or invoices, the Customer agreed to allow Ezy Event Group to photograph the event which can be used in any future advertising.
